Warranty Information We stand behind our services. We provide warranty for all the equipment repaired by Royal Camera Service. If you experience the same problem with your item please bring it back or ship it to us and it will be fixed at no charge.
The warranty will not cover any items returned with impact damage, water damage, sand damage or show signs of tampering. Projector repair warranty does not cover the light bulb. There is no warranty on cleaning services, spyware removal, virus removal and malware removal.

We only service equipment shipped from and shipped to addresses within continental US and Hawaii.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
We only service local customers for TV repairs - please do not ship TVs for repair.
Estimates We reserve the right to revise the estimate if additional defects are discovered during the repair. We always call our customers, when a re-estimate is needed and we will not proceed with the repair without the approval.
Payments We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express), Money Order, Cashiers Checks, P.O. (please call before you ship an item to us), cash and personal checks (personal checks for more than $50.00 must clear before we can release the item to customer). Any bounced checks returned for insufficient funds or any other reason will be charged a $25.00 fee.
We will not accept any mailing or shipping address changes over the phone. Any changes to the mailing/shipping address must be done in writing by mail, e-mail or fax.
Pick Up Policy We are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expenses for items left over 90 days after the date of repair. We will notify the customer when the item is ready to be picked up, and if the item is not picked up after 90 days, then we reserve the right to dispose of it.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. We are using UPS Ground service for shipping all of our packages. If you need us to ship it back by a faster service please indicate it on the shipping form - additional charges may apply. Royal Camera Service is not responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays or extreme weather conditions. We always do our best to accommodate the customer's needs, however sometimes there are conditions beyond our control.
Please note that due to limited storage space all TVs left over for more than 30 days from the date of completion notification will be disposed.

Please note that parts for digital cameras older than 7 years are limited and some might be no longer available.

Royal Camera Service, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others. We will not copy or transfer any Copyrighted materials without authorization from the copyright owner. Unauthorized copying is punishable under federal law.
