How long are the repairs warrantied? All digital cameras, camcorders/video equipment, projectors, audio repairs, TVs and computers: 3 months warranty. Film cameras, lenses, flashes and winders: 6 months warranty. Do I need appointment to bring my equipment in for repair estimate? NO. You can come to our service at any time during the business hours. Should I include any accessories? You should only attach items that might be related to the problem. If you are not sure please contact us. I just sent my unit to you for repair, what do I do now? We will contact you by e-mail or phone within 1-3 business days from the time we receive your item with repair estimate.
Is there any charge, if I refuse the repair estimate? NO. We do not charge refusal fee. We will ship your equipment back to you or if you wish we can dispose it for you. You will be only responsible for the shipping/handling charges to ship your equipment back to you (we use UPS Ground Service).
How long do repairs take? We complete most of the repairs within 3-10 business days from the date you approve the quote. It might take longer only if parts are on back order. In that case we will contact you to let you know, when parts will be available from the manufacturer. Do you accept purchase orders? Yes, we do. We work with many businesses, schools and government agencies. We are registered with DUNS, SAM and Tungsten. How do I pay for the repair? We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, money orders. You can call us with credit card number, send check or fax/e-mail purchase order after we give you an estimate.
Do I receive notification when my repair is done? Yes, when the repair is done we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. If you are local customer and would like to pick up your item we will just let you know that it is repaired and ready for pick-up. If you shipped it to us we will ship it back by UPS Ground Service and we will contact you with ship date and tracking number.
