Warranty Information
We stand behind our services. We provide warranty for all the equipment repaired by Royal Camera Service. If you experience the same problem with your item please bring it back or ship it to us and it will be fixed at no charge.
The warranty will not cover any items returned with impact damage, water damage, sand damage or show signs of tampering. Projector repair warranty does not cover the light bulb. There is no warranty on cleaning services (including Image Sensor cleaning).
Royal Camera Service, Inc.’s liability for any and all warranty claims shall in no event exceed the payment received by Royal Camera Service for services provided on the original repair.

Service Area
We only service equipment shipped from and shipped to addresses within continental US and Hawaii.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Estimates
We reserve the right to revise the estimate if additional defects are discovered during the repair. We always call our customers, when a re-estimate is needed and we will not proceed with the repair without the approval.
Payments
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express), Money Order, Cashiers Checks, P.O. (please call before you ship an item to us), cash and personal checks (personal checks for more than $50.00 must clear before we can release the item to customer). Any bounced checks returned for insufficient funds or any other reason will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Address Change
We will not accept any mailing or shipping address changes over the phone. Any changes to the mailing/shipping address must be done in writing by mail, e-mail or fax.
Pick Up Policy
We are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expenses for items left over 90 days after the date of repair. We will notify the customer when the item is ready to be picked up, and if the item is not picked up after 90 days, then we reserve the right to dispose of it.
Shipping
Customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. We are using UPS Ground service for shipping all of our packages. We are not liable for lost or damaged items in shipping that were not insured. Customer is responsible for shipping insurance. Standard UPS shipping covers $100 – please make sure you cover any additional amount you feel is appropriate in case of shipping damage or lost package. There is information about additional insurance on our Shipping Form.
If you need us to ship it back by a faster service please indicate it on the shipping form – additional charges may apply. Royal Camera Service is not responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays, extreme weather conditions or COVID-19. We always do our best to accommodate the customer’s needs, however sometimes there are conditions beyond our control.
Parts for Digital Camera Repair
Please note that parts for digital cameras older than 7 years are limited and some might be no longer available.
Limited Liability
Royal Camera Service, Inc. will under no circumstances be liable for any damages resulting from the performance or omission of any repair services including but not limited to loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profit; loss of reputation; loss of opportunity; loss of business.
Any product lost or damaged while in company’s custody, Royal Camera Service’s liability will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product.
By submitting your product to Royal Camera Service, Inc., you agree that the above listed Company Policies will govern the repair of your product by our company. If you do not agree with the above listed Policies, do not submit your product for service.
